Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice into half-moons. Quarter the tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion. Dice the green pepper.
Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, and olives in a large bowl.
Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
